WHO IS STEPHEN GROVES?
Stephen Groves is an experienced and sought after mid-market M&A advisor based in Sydney, Australia.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Registered Business Valuer. He is also a trained negotiator with ENS International – the world’s leading authority on commercial negotiations.
Through his role as a Director at Sydney-based firm Quinn M&A, Stephen provides his clients with specialist merger, acquisition, divestment and valuation advice for businesses and companies with an enterprise value of between $1 million and $50 million. Stephen’s clients trust him to provide comprehensive advice and to negotiate optimum outcomes for them regardless of the type or complexity of their transaction.
